Declaration of trust

Protect your property interests with a declaration of trust.

Welcome to

Declaration of Trust

A Deed of Trust, or Declaration of Trust is a legal document used to specify the ownership of a property when the said property has multiple owners. During the process we take into account your preferences, as well as the preferences of any other individuals concerned, in order to create a document that takes into account each owner’s responsibilities, financial contributions, and respective shares in the property.

Moreover, we specialise in crafting deeds where one party is designated as the sole beneficial owner. This scenario often arises in cases such as relationship or marriage breakdowns, where a court may decide to transfer property ownership to one individual. However, given the current economic landscape, it has become increasingly challenging for single individuals to secure mortgage financing. A Deed of Trust serves as a vital tool in such circumstances, facilitating property ownership arrangements and addressing financial constraints effectively.
